Shipping policy

Our items are Hand crafted especially for you. For shipping, please allow 7-10 working days after your order has been placed. All orders are sent via tracked delivery via the following methods:

• Royal Mail 48® Tracked

• International Standard delivery (7 -15 working days)

Please Note: We do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom to other countries.

Undelivered Parcels

In the event that the parcel is returned back to Kente Kids for any reason such as incorrect address, non payment of duties or non collection, a refund (excluding postage costs) or redelivery can be arranged. If a redelivery is requested new shipping costs will apply.
